Signage – Trail Permits
A trail permit is required when using the legal trail systems provided to you by our ATV clubs. Operating your ATV on our legal trails without a trail permit can result in a minimum trespassing fine of $500.
A trail pass will cost you $60 and you’ll get to choose the ATV club that will benefit from your purchase. The sale of trail passes help our ATV clubs purchase new trail signs, build bridges and help cover the costs of clearing new trails, etc. For a more in depth cost breakdown click this link.
You can purchase your trail pass from your local ATV club or click the link  to check out the list of local businesses selling them.
Did you know that your PEI ATV Federation trail pass can be used in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Ontario?
We have a reciprocal agreement with Quad NB (New Brunswick All Terrain Vehicle Federation), ATVANS (All-Terrain Vehicle Association of Nova Scotia), & OFATV (Ontario Federation of All Terrain Vehicle Clubs). This means your PEI ATV Federation trail pass allows you to ride trails managed under these entities.
Know before you go and purchase your 2021 trail pass before heading out!
