Another exciting thing to come from the Annual General Meeting that took place on Saturday, May 29 was the appointment of a new Vice President.
We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce and congratulate Scott Warren on his new position with the PEI ATV Federation.
Scott lives in Summerside with his wife Ashley and their three children Chloe, Zaya and Ryder. A red seal automotive technician at Summerside Chrysler Dodge, Scott says he’s always loved riding and working on all sorts of toys. He has fond memories of his dad growing up and the endless supply of dirt bikes, three wheelers and four wheelers. He says as he grew so did the toys. He’s grown into the proud and pumped owner of a can-am Outlander 1000 XTP that he and Ashley enjoy.
Scott mentions that his youngest, two year old Ryder quivers in excitement when he hears any bike! He’s thrilled to be passing along his love and passion for the sport to his kids. When asked why he wanted to become a part of the PEI ATV Federation Scott says he wants to help the sport grow and because he sees huge potential here on PEI. He says the Federation has made great strides and has done an amazing job building current trail systems and he wants to contribute to that continued success. He says it is one of the greatest feelings to see positive outcomes and to meet smiling faces on the trails. It’s all about working hard and having fun.
Scott loves the memories he’s made and all the fun still to come with his family as they share in the fun of the sport. He’s very excited to begin his journey with the PEI ATV Federation and to contribute to the continued growth and success of the sport. He hopes to have the greatest trail system for families just like his to “put on smiles and miles”.
