    • New 988 Crisis Phone Line<\/strong>: Prince Edward Island residents have access to a new, nationwide emergency mental health support line.<\/li>\n
    • 24\/7 Availability<\/strong>: The 988 service is available around the clock for both calls and texts, providing immediate assistance.<\/li>\n
    • Professional Support<\/strong>: Callers or texters will connect with trained social workers or nurses who can offer help.<\/li>\n
    • Complements Existing Services<\/strong>: This new service works alongside the existing provincial mental health and addictions hotline.<\/li>\n
    • Operated by Medavie Health Services<\/strong>: Both the 988 crisis line and the provincial hotline are managed by Medavie Health Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
