The Miscouche ATV Club is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on developing and maintaining a safe and enjoyable ATV trail system in the Miscouche area and surrounding parts of Prince County. As one of the newer clubs to join the PEI ATV Federation, they have made significant progress in establishing a local riding network through the hard work of their passionate volunteers.

Trail System

The club’s trail system is centred around the community of Miscouche, offering riders a mix of woodland and rural PEI scenery. A key feature of their network is its connection to the Confederation Trail, providing riders with greater access to explore the region and link up with other trail systems.

The volunteers at the Miscouche ATV Club are actively working to expand and improve their trails. Their efforts include clearing new paths, building bridges, and ensuring all routes are correctly signed for safety. Their work is crucial in building the foundation for a more interconnected trail system in the central Prince County area.

Community and Activities

Although a relatively new organization, the Miscouche ATV Club boasts a growing and active membership. They foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere and organize events to bring riders together. These activities often include:

  • Group Rides: Social events for members to explore the local trails together.
  • Fundraisers: Activities designed to raise money for trail development, maintenance equipment, and operational costs.
  • Volunteer Workdays: Members gather to contribute hands-on labour, which is essential for the club’s growth and success.

Membership and Permits

To ride on the trails managed by the Miscouche ATV Club, a valid PEI ATV Federation trail pass is required. When purchasing a pass, selecting the Miscouche ATV Club as your club of choice ensures that a portion of the fee goes directly to support their local trail-building and maintenance efforts.
