Here at Ride PEI (the PEI ATV Federation), we are gearing up for another fantastic year on the trails. To keep our network safe, expansive, and well-maintained, we are announcing a $5 increase to our annual ATV trail permits for the 2027 riding season.

This marks our first permit price adjustment in over five years. This increase directly reflects rising costs for trail maintenance, materials, equipment, insurance, and the infrastructure needed to operate and expand the island's trail system. Daily and weekly pass pricing will remain exactly the same as in 2026.

The Reciprocal Agreement has ended.

Please note that the trail-sharing agreement between PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Ontario is no longer active. Cross-border riding is no longer covered under a single residential permit. If you plan to ride across provinces, you must now purchase separate, province-specific permits.
