View Trails

The Tignish Sportsman Riders ATV Club is a non-profit organization in Tignish, Prince Edward Island, that maintains over 100 km of insured ATV trails. With the support of sponsors and members, the club’s trails are now connected to the O’Leary Rec ATV Club and extend into the town of Alberton.

Winter Activities

For winter enthusiasts, the club offers over 5 km of snowshoe trails that start directly from its heated clubhouse, equipped with a furnace, power, running water, a kitchen with snacks and refreshments, a restroom, and Wi-Fi. Snowshoes are available for use at the club.

Walking Trails

The club has also opened three walking and snowshoe trails that are separate from the ATV trails:

  • Orange Trail: 1 km
  • Green Trail: 1.6 km
  • Blue Trail: 3.6 km

Membership and Trail Permits

An annual membership fee of $25 is required, with renewal in September. To use the trails, a PEI Trail Permit is necessary, which costs $80. The club retains half of the permit fee. These permits can be purchased at the following locations:

  • Daniel Christopher Sales and Service
  • Gaudet’s Small Engines
  • FJ Shea and Son
  • Elmsdale Corner Gas

Club Information

The clubhouse is located at 482 DeBlois Road in Tignish, PEI. The club holds monthly meetings for its members on the first Monday of every month at 7 pm at the clubhouse. You can find more information and stay up to date on the club’s events on their Facebook page.
